So I’m going to have a write, and catch up on everything from the past five months. In fact, that was my plan for the day, as dictated by the dice – but instead I’ve just been squandering, and catching up on admin for my volunteer job as Intramural Sports Co-Ordinator type person at the uni, and other things besides. About eight hours I’ve been doing that. Lame.
But then – the dice also dictated this morning that I should buy a new laptop (I gave it a one in six chance) so hopefully things’ll look up on that front. The urge to write hasn’t died completely. But having to leave home and come to uni, with all its myriad distractions, isn’t helpful.
Anyways, we’ll sees what comes from that. First –
First I have to go and have a game of squash. But then maybe we can get down to it. Just enough time to mention my week, which was an interesting week in that –
Well, phewee, yes! It starts on Monday with the little dabble in LSD – my first illicit substance in nearly fourteen years – and then that seems to have changed just about everything. I went out twice. I went out another time to have dinner with just me and six Christian girls who I met earlier in the day when they tried to convert me but then we ended up singing Monkees’ songs in front of the Student Union. I also very nearly left my flat again and put up an ad for “everything I own.” Plus a dice-inspired decision to eat αMT and a million other things besides.
But, yes, Monday was the best of it all, and I guess that’s what I want to write about on the main. What changes! What thoughts! What colours and bliss!
Heehee. :-)
